Covid-19 Update

As restrictions are slowly being lifted, as it relates to COVID-19, know that the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. In an effort to make things easier for you, below you will find updates on store openings, curbside pickup and answers to some of your most common questions.


All Golf Town stores have now re-opened for in-store shopping and curbside pickup. Store hours vary by location so please check our store locator to find a store near you.


While our stores are open, things will be a little bit different. Check our FAQs for insights on the steps we’re taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, and what changes to your experience you can expect when you’re visiting our stores.

Our stores are open Monday to Sunday from 10am-5pm, except for our stores in Richmond, B.C. (10am-7pm) and Lévis, Quebec (630am-630pm).

Golf Town continues to follow the advice and guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada, as well as compliance with all local by-laws and regulations. Some of the steps we have taken include modifying the store layout to ensure physical distancing can be maintained at all times, frequent cleaning and sanitization – especially in high touch areas, reduced store occupancy, and mandating masks for all Golf Town store employees. Hand sanitizer is also available at entrances and exits for customers and employees to use.

Due to the extra health and safety precautions we have in place, customers may experience longer than usual wait times in certain parts of the store. We are continually working to provide the best experience possible, while keeping the health and safety of our customers and employees top of mind.

All Golf Town store employees are required to wear masks. Masks are also a mandatory requirement for customers in certain municipalities, as dictated by local public health authorities.

Cash is accepted, however, we strongly encourage customers to pay by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Union Pay, and debit card. Customers will be required to tap (when possible) at their time of purchase.

We are currently accepting returns and exchanges and have implemented additional procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees. Before the item(s) are placed back on the sales floor, each item will be quarantined for 24 hours.

Customers are permitted to use the simulator to test out equipment with the assistance of a Golf Town associate, however we have implemented new health and safety protocols that may result in longer wait times. For the health and safety of our customers and employees, only one simulator will be operating in each store.

Please note: The procedure for testing out golf clubs in the simulator has changed. Please visit your local Golf Town for more information.

We are providing all standard club repair services as usual. Please expect longer than usual turnaround times for some club repairs.

Items ordered online are not available for curbside or in-store pickup at this time. Items purchased online will be shipped directly to the customer.

We are offering curbside pickup as an option should you choose to pickup your order instead of making your purchase in-store. See the curbside pickup FAQs for more details.

For the health and safety of our customers and employees, customers are not permitted to try on gloves at this time.

Participating Curbside Pickup Locations

To help customers get the products you need, our team is now offering Curbside pickup at all Golf Town locations. Most orders can be ready for “same day” pickup, and in some cases within just a few hours. No waiting for deliveries or couriers!
