How same-day and next-day delivery works?
Check Your Eligibility - on the Cart page you will see the option to select “Same Day Delivery” if the item in your cart is available for this shipping method. Enter your postal code to check if you are in an area that is eligible for Same Day Delivery.
Select Same Day Delivery in your Cart - if your postal code and item is eligible, you can select Same Day Delivery. If not, you can select an alternative delivery method, including Express Delivery or Pickup In-Store.
Same Day Delivery Timing - Same Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within approximately 3 hours. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within approximately 3 hours of the store opening the next day.
Receive Your Order - The store will pack your order and it will be picked up for delivery. You will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order. You will also receive SMS notifications when your order is on its way and when the delivery driver is approaching.
Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery is available at select Golf Town locations. You can check if you are eligible by entering your postal code below the “Same Day Delivery” option in your shopping cart.
Orders placed before 2:00PM local time will be delivered same-day, within a few hours. Orders placed after 2:00PM local time will be delivered next-day, within a few hours of the store opening.
The cost of same-day delivery is $9.99 per order. The delivery cost will be reflected in your order total once you select Same-Day Delivery in your shopping cart.

Most products are available for same-day delivery. Items that are oversized, heavy, limited stock availability or limited editions may be excluded for eligibility. Only orders under $2,000 are eligible for same-day delivery.
Same-Day Delivery is available for any delivery addresses that are within 15km from eligible stores.
No, the delivery fee associated with Same-Day Delivery is non-refundable.
Same Day delivery is available 7-days a week with the exception of statutory holidays and special events including but not limited to Demo Day, Black Friday and Boxing Day sales.
Orders over $500 will require a signature and the purchaser must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order.
The submitted Tip amount is non-refundable. However, if you had an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service HERE.
Express Shipping Information
Free shipping offer applies to ground shipping only and is excluded from the following territories: NT, YT & NU. We cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
To make sure that shipments to addresses with rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order.
Shipping guarantee applicable to in-stock product only.
If your product is in stock, your order will take 2 – 4 days to be
processed and shipped after placing your order.
If you have ordered an item that ships directly from the vendor shipments timelines vary by vendor from 2 – 5 weeks. Our customer service team will provide you timely updates and estimated shipping times weekly until your order ships.
When orders are shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
All in-stock Golf Town orders will be shipped via FedEx or FleetOptics in some major markets. We may use sub-contracted delivery services in some rural destinations. If your product is being delivered directly from the vendor, it may arrive via FedEx, Canada Post or Purolator.
Effective March 26, 2020 FedEx has suspended all shipment service
guarantees from any origin to any destination. Once your order has
shipped you will receive a shipment notification with the tracking
number. If you ordered an in-stock product the tracking number can
tracked directly on FedEx.com or Fleetopticsinc.com.
If your tracking number is not working, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
Courier drivers are still required to make contact with the customer before leaving the package. If not contact is made, every reasonable effort will be made to safely secure drop the parcel however, due to COVID-19 they will not ask to have their mobile devices signed, however this policy may change without notice.
To determine shipping cost, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to you entering your payment information on the payment page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount and shipping address. Free shipping is calculated on the subtotal of the order, before the tax is applied. Please note that depending on your destination free shipping may not be possible and not all shipping methods are available for all destinations.
Bulk orders, corporate orders or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping fees. Customers will be contacted should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.
