Participating Locations

All Golf Town stores have now re-opened for in-store shopping and curbside pickup. Store hours vary by location so please check our store locator to find a store near you.

Stores may be experiencing a higher volume of phone calls than usual. Emailing the store directly for your curbside request is encouraged at this time. This list will be updated as other locations become available.


Curbside Pickup

To help customers get the products you need, our team is now offering Curbside Pickup at participating locations. Most orders can be ready for “same day” pick-up, and in some cases within just a few hours. No waiting for deliveries or couriers!

All pickups are spaced out to avoid multiple customers at our curbside at one time. If you’d like to come earlier or are running late for your scheduled pickup, please call your store to arrange an alternative time.

For the health and safety of our employees and customers, all employees facilitating curbside pick-up transactions must wear gloves and masks at all times and practice social distancing while interacting with customers. PIN Pads will be disinfected before and after every transaction.

Items ordered online are not available for curbside pickup at this time. These items will be shipped directly to the customer.

For the health and safety of our employees and customers, returns and exchanges will not be accepted curbside. For stores that have reopened, customers may return or exchange items inside. For stores that remain closed, you may return or exchange items once those stores re-open to the public.

During this time, we will not be processing 30-day price adjustments for past purchases made in-store. This will resume when stores re-open to the public.

Clubs being purchased at curbside can be tested in our store simulators. For the health and safety of our customers and employees, only one simulator will be operating. Before using the store's simulator, please speak to a sales associate who will help you get set-up. At this time, the use of simulators is only for testing equipment and will not be used to conduct custom fittings. All equipment and product(s) will be disinfected after use by the employee so that the space is safe for use for the next customer.

Please note: Simulators in Ontario (excluding London and Kingston stores) and Quebec (excluding the Quebec City store) are closed at this time.

If a customer is not satisfied with the club(s) they purchased, they are welcome to return it when stores re-open to the public. Damaged clubs will not be accepted.

During your curbside pickup, employees will have a wireless PIN pad where you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Union Pay, or debit card. Only “chip & PIN” enabled cards will be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or gift cards as tender at this time.

For the health and safety of our employees and customers we are unable to provide these services until stores reopen. For the stores that have reopened, customers must bring their clubs into the store for any pro shop services.

We are unable to accept payment by phone. All curbside pick-up orders must be paid for when you pick up your items.

Yes, however, payment will only be accepted at the time of pick-up. We cannot take any payment over the phone.

Yes. Our associates will pass your order through a window or door, or put the order in the trunk if requested.

Order pick-up is available between 11:00am-4:00pm Monday through Saturday. Note - appointments for pick-up must be scheduled in advance.

Stores are able to take phone order for curbside pick-up between 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you’d like to place an order outside of these hours, you may e-mail the store directly and an Associate will confirm availability at their earliest convenience.
