When does the Grip/Shaft Event take place?

Wednesday, January 29 - Sunday, March 9

Are there limits to how many grips I can purchase?

There will be a limit of thirty (30) grips per customer during the time frame of the Re-Grip Event online and in-store.

If I already have grips/shafts, can I book an appointment to have the grips/shafts installed?

We will be more than happy to install grips that you have already purchased either at Golf Town or elsewhere. However, grip installation will be prioritized on a first come, first serve basis and we will not be scheduling appointments in advance. The exact timing of completion will be communicated at the time of drop-off. Lead times will vary by store.

What is the installation fee for re-gripping/re-shafting?

There is a standard regrip fee of $4.50 per grip installed, (or $9.00 Express Grip Install - 24hr Services) for grips purchased at Golf Town stores or on the Golf Town website. There is a standard regrip fee of $6 per grip for customer provided grips; these are grips not purchased from Golf Town.

Customers will be asked to show proof of purchase for grips that were purchased on the Golf Town website, or if the grips were purchased from another Golf Town location. Without proof of purchase, the $6 customer provided grip install fee applies.

See below for pricing on common Pro Shop services that Golf Town offers. Please contact your local store for more information. When a new shaft is purchased from Golf Town during the grip event, the installation fee is included with purchase.

What is the turn-around time to have a set of grips/shafts completed?

We will strive to complete your grip installation as quickly as possible but due to increased demand during this time, please allow up to 7 -10 days for set completion. However, the exact timing will depend on the individual store volume. Please contact your local store for an estimated time frame.

Can a store employee help me select the right grips/shaft?

How can I check store inventory availability near me?

To check if your local store has the grip, you are looking for select “Find in Store” while browsing golftown.com and enter your postal code.

Are all grips/shafts available at each location?

No, product selection and quantities will vary by store. Please check the golftown.com website or call your local Golf Town location for availability.
