EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
After-sales service is just as important as service during the sale. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, we guarantee easy return and exchanges, on any purchase you made in-store or online. Golf Town offers a 30 day return / exchange policy on all new or unused product in resalable condition. Please bring your original store receipt. Satisfaction guaranteed.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item should not have been used.
- Item must be in new and resalable condition.
- The packing slip and email confirmation from GolfTown.com are required to process the return. Please bring these documents with you or place them back in the box if you need to return your return via a Returns Processing Centre.
The following items may not be returned:
- Custom orders
- Personalized items
- Books, opened videos or open software
- Technology (GPS,Rangefinders) if used or registered with manufacturer
Return items to a Golf Town store of your choice or by mailing the items to our Returns Processing Centre.
